Property Physical History Research
This type of research focuses more on the property itself rather than the documented history of its owners and occupiers. By looking closely at the architecture and physical features of the building, our researchers can indicate building dates, construction techniques, phases of change or alterations and boundary changes.
Due to the nature of this type of research, we would normally recommend an on-site visit to the property from one of our researchers to gather architectural information and identify any unusual or significant physical details of the building to be researched.
At the end of the research, our findings are presented to you in a bound report along with copies of any relevant documentation whenever possible.
